The staff at the Caster Eye Center is one of the best trained and most experienced in the entire Laser Vision Correction industry.

Our staff members average over 10 years working at Caster Eye Center. Alicia, our laser technician, has been with Dr. Caster for 19 years. In addition, almost every staff person came to Caster Eye Center after gaining experience working at other laser centers. We hire the best in the industry at all positions. Quality is the key at Caster Eye Center, and our superb staff is part of this high degree of excellence.

Many of our staff members have had their own vision corrected with Lasik, as well as having close family members treated with Lasik, so we understand the hopes and concerns of being a patient. (Dr. Caster also had Lasik, in 1996.) You will find our staff to be very knowledgeable and very caring. Together, we expect to make your entire vision correction experience surprisingly easy.
